We've been working on updating the save game functionality and it's created a few temporary issues on the website which we are currently working to resolve.
At the moment, some saved games won't be displaying in member profiles, and those that are won't be showing the correct range of achievements.
This doesn't mean that anyone has permanently lost their game saves or had them deleted. They haven't been corrupted either.
It's just the way that the website is communicating with the database and handling load ins.
At present, if you try playing from an incorrectly displayed game save, then it will have a detrimental effect on the next chapter.
As such I advise to avoid playing until we have resolved the issue, or if you do then expect some issues!
I'll make another announcement when we are happy that the glitch has been worked out.
Some early game saves may however still be affected due to an update to how they are named and handled by the updated save code.
Again, they won't be permanently lost, but we may need to do some manual tweaks in the database to specific parameters in order that they can be seen in your member profile on the website.
