A good chunk of the money I was supposed to get for last months pledges is...well, missing. That, or it's taking far longer than it ever has to reach my account. This is really bad since I pretty much live "paycheck-to-paycheck".
So how did this happen, you ask? Well, I know that the blame doesn't fall on my bank. After contacting them earlier this weekend, they only found records of one of two transfers I made. The first (1) being an automatic deposit, and (2) is one I transferred myself, when I saw there was a leftover amount in my Patreon wallet.
I sorta understand why I haven't heard back from Patreon yet. It's the weekend and I waited until Friday to contact their help desk. But at the same time, I've gotten replies from them on weekends in the past. And this is a BIG fucking deal. Not only to me, as a creator, but to you patrons as well!
If I don't update you guys by tomorrow or Tuesday even, I really recommend that you all contact Patreon as well and...just really let them have it.
I don't think I'll stick around this site much longer if getting paid is going to be a random occurrence from here on.

2015-10-14 03:24:55 +0000 UTCI don't know if its related to what you are experiencing, but another artist I support, Mittsies, had a situation where patrons were submitting bad payment info so they could unlock and access content before the pay cycle took effect. Then again, I just barely skimmed your post, so I may not have a complete understanding of what is going on here.
