Vixen doesn't appear on stage, nor will she show up if you played the Haven bonus.
She will however come over to you and offer a private show.

If you don't have enough cash when Vixen initially approaches you, she will simply walk away.
You can of course politely decline her offer and watch the next performer.

It costs 80 cash to get a private show with Vixen and a total of 140 to get her completely naked or 240 to extend the bonus scene.

Vixen must be naked and complete the private show before she offers the extra bonus scene.

This Bonus scene costs 200 credits to unlock

If you unlock the bonus scene (from a shortcut or regular gameplay) it will remain unlocked the next time you go back and play it.

Note: You need another 100 cash to extend the bonus scene and access the last ten bonus achievements.

After the optional private show and bonus scene, Vixen will escort you back to your table to continue watching the performances.
