Chapter Sixteen : Part Two - Progress

Thankfully the last couple of weeks have been event free so I've been able to make good progress on creating the next parts of the Academy story.

Obviously, the events of the past few months have severely slowed me down and I'm way behind where I would have liked to have been.
But life throws many and varied obstacles at you to overcome.

In terms of progress... The second part of Chapter Sixteen will be a very large installment of the game. There is much in the story to bring to a conclusion.
The multiple pathways will all have their own outcomes and I want the rewards and payoffs to be as satisfying as possible.

At the moment the next part has over 2000 images and I'm getting close to wrapping up the main narrative outcomes excluding bonus scenes.
In other words, the main story pathways are nearly completed, and a fully playable game isn't too far away now.

As with previous episodes, the bonus scenes will be the next phase of production and release.
At present, we are looking at having four bonus scenes in total.
One will be a smaller scene and the other three will be large.
There will also be some very entertaining free to play content too, so the fun stuff won't be restricted to the credit only content.

Overall, I'm very happy with how the story and the new scenes are looking.

I think I've hinted at a continuation of the story after the end of the working week before.
That is highly likely given the amount of potential branching points for the story.

I am definitely in this for a few more years...

Hosting issues
We've had a bit of an issue in terms of hosting recently that has prevented me from pushing up any new content.
I had hoped to add more behind the scenes and extra content over the past two weeks.

However, the huge volume of content and size of the current website has been causing a few problems.
Our hosting provider has added several AI tools which are supposed to assist during uploads and content deploys.
At present they are just giving false errors and causing timeouts.

We are of course working our way through it, but it has prevented any successful updates to the current website.
I have my reservations about AI, this sort of thing just confirms my doubts...
