She didn't know about the ring until now? I... Now that I think about it, when we met back in Bigtera's cave, I got my hands covered up by the fact I was in the giant's grasp. And Meltryllis also only knew about Altera and not Aria...

Meltryllis' chuckles. "You know very well what that is, BB. It's the Regalia... a crown for the king." So it has a name? "It must be the doing of those little rapscallions in the Far Side of the Moon." She must be referring to the Moon Cell in some manner.

The Alter Ego of Pleasure smiles. "This is your punishment for slowly letting venom fill into your veins. Make an enemy of the ground and the sky and you will lose." This must mean... that maybe she doesn't have full control of the Moon Cell!?

BB takes a deep breath. "Ugh... give me a break. Lancer, Archer and Saber are the most useless servants around!" I doubt she's referring to the ones I know. Though I don't know any Lancer anyways. "I'm a busy wo-" That's enough of this.

I interrupt her. "Let's skip all this useless shit! Altera, kill her!" BB is my enemy, the fact that she may or may not have some sort of love obsession doesn't matter. After all, just a portion of it was enough to create the delusional Meltryllis.

I don't need to see how scary the big picture is.

On my command, all Servants move forward. Altera is the fastest however, so she will reach BB before Arthur, Medusa or Rider. Or at least that's how things went inside of my head, but before any blow connects...

Meltryllis interjects, much to my surprise. "Wait." Her tone isn't that loud, but it does convey seriousness. Maybe because of that, everyone really does stop. "Attacking BB will only lead to everyone's deaths right now." I... I guess she's really strong.

It's not like we can just not do anything though. BB is our enemy, and she wants dead just like we want her dead. And now she's here to do the job by herself, since the Alter Ego's hunt has clearly spectacularly failed.

BB giggles. "That's right...! If a big bad attacks this powerful heroine, she will have no option, but to make them go kaboom!" She points at Altera. "Specially this big bad here. Seriously, what's going on your head?" Altera doesn't bother answering her.

The A.I. then shifts her gaze to the Dark Saber. "And you... I didn't summon any other servant, and neither did the planet..." She pouts. "Ah, I get it." She doesn't offer any other elaboration on that...

She does however, shift her gase to Aria. "And you... It's a shame really, I wanted to eventually manually rip the tails of that woman by myself, but she if she did it herself then it's no fun." That woman...?

Well, whatever it is, it makes Aria flinch. That's not good. "What the hell are you even here for? If you want to fight, let's fight!" I... maybe I can invade her heart too? It worked on Meltryllis, so I see no reason why it wouldn't work on her.

Dark Saber smirks. "You may be as stupid as your father, but that can be a good quality sometimes..." She seems to be in agreement with me. Either that or she's just a very bloodthirsty person, either is possible really.

Medusa however, raises a hand. "Wait... Before anything, why are you against us fighting, Meltryllis." Auntie Rider might be the only of us keeping a calm head.

No, that isn't true. Altera and Aria have gone strangely silent, but that's probably in part because of the comments BB made. I don't know how, but this so called heroine definitely got under their skin.

Meltryllis pouts. "Hmpf. I was hoping Aki would ask me, instead of being a hot head." If I wasn't a hot head, I would have never invaded your heart. "But getting points with his family is good as well, I suppose." Scary. The future looks terrifying.

She motions to BB. "High and mighty as she is, she's still an A.I. of the Moon Cell's Holy Grail War. She cannot attack a master or their servant, unless it's in self-defense that is. Which is why she utilizes other methods, such as me and my... inferior sisters." That's...

Now I can't help, but wonder if it's a good idea to try and invade her heart. She's clear beyond Meltryllis, so I don't even know if it's possible. Worst case scenario she takes that as an attack and kills us all.

BB nods. "That's right...! Attacking me, is like putting a knife to your own throat, Senpai!" She glares at me. "And speaking of that, just what were you and Meltryllis doing...?" Oh boy, how do I escape this?

My eye twitches. "Why do you look like my mom?" I'm deflecting her question, with my own equally complicated question. And in my defense, it's something I'm extremely curious about as well.

BB shrugs, a smile on her face, but... it's strained. "Why do you look like the cutie that you are? I'll tell you why, it's because you were born that way." She points at herself. "It just so happens that the Moon Cell based my appearance on Sakura Matou during her high school years. That's all." So... it's just bad luck?

Altera interjects, much to my surprise. "Seriously Master, did you... have sex with that Alter Ego?" You of all people is asking that!? When did you decide to join the BB club and bully me like this!?

Aria nods. "Yes, I would also like to know that! I mean..." She pouts, it's adorable. "It's not fair if some unaffiliated heroine seduces Master... Unless that heroine is me." You're not subtle at all! Well, going out with you is probably less crazy than going out with Melt.

Speaking of her, she puffs her chest in pride. "Hah, cry all you want, losers! Master and I made love until I couldn't even move anymore!" She looks BB right in the eyes, and with a childish tone, mocks her. "S-sorry mama, but papa was so lonely... Hahaha!" Maybe I should attack BB after all.

BB raises a finger, pointing at one of the windows and... fires a laser. It burns it's way through the window, and reaches... far, far beyond anything I can see. The scariest part is that she stays completely silent.

It seems no one will defend me, so I will do what I must. "W-we didn't have sex, we just... we just talked and your clothes started falling off! And it's not my fault you were orgasming or whatever!" I point at her. "I mean, I certainly didn't get any action!" Still a virgin...

Medusa flinches. "What..." And she slowly stares at the ground... But not really, she has a blindfold on after all. "This... goddesses are the worst." I have a feeling my aunt is now dealing with her own inner crisis, but I seriously need to defend myself.

Sadly, this is more embarrassing than great, so I look down with a blush. "I...! It was all for the sake of the mission!" I look back at her. "I knew I had to bring you to my side, so I just said and did whatever made you happy!" Please agree...

She does not. "Tsun. You're acting way too tsu, Aki." I'll seriously kill if you continue with this. "I saw your heart after all..." She smiles, it's uncannily beautiful. Altera looks down on her own body. "Pervert." I don't know if she's talking about me, but I feel bad either way. Actually, I did tell everyone before that I preferred her body over Meltryllis' so she's probably thinking about that.

Aria's face becomes as smug as it can be. "When it comes to slender bodies, and cute faces, there is no one better than me." In a way that is very true, but in another, it is also very, very false!

Saber sighs. "Um... To give one's body for the sake of a mission is a worthy thing." Eh? "Stand proud Hideaki Emiya, in my time you would have made for a worthy knight." Just what was the Round Table doing!?

Medusa looks horrified. "H-Hide...!?" But she doesn't sound disgusted at me. "T-to think you had to do such... things to survive." Yep, she's buying my excuses. "Sakura will be... heartbroken." It's fine, secretly I was the sexual harasser.

BB smiles. That's all she does.

Not everyone is okay with weird atmosphere however, because Violet eventually speaks up. "Um... BB... Are you going to... do something about this whole situation? Meltryllis' has seemingly betrayed you." I can the she has a headache from all this.

BB points at Meltryllis. "Of course I will! And after this I'm giving that whore Kishinami piggy ears for giving Oedipus-Senpai a ring that allowed all of this to happen in the first place!" Who!? Also, why did you suddenly explode...!? Well, I guess you did fire a Death Beam moments ago.

Meltryllis looks at me. "Aki, I broke my contract with BB, move fast." I instantly understand what she means. The Alter Ego is asking for me to turn her into a servant belonging to a official master.

I think of making Meltryllis my servant and extent a hand towards her, hoping the Regalia will work. BB however shoot a pink beam at the Alter Ego, and in a second it consumes her entire body.

I grit my teeth, but I hear no screams, and my hand burns, so surely...! "Ah... what a pain." Meltryllis comes out just fine. I made her my servant before BB made her into a corpse. My Regalia was faster...

Though this does put in perspective how delusional Meltryllis is. How did she ever think she could defy the Queen of the Moon without my help!? BB clearly could destroy her at any time she wanted!

BB pouts. "Well, I guess even a weakened Regalia is still a Regalia... At least I gave you the good old video game reset though!" She ends that with a smiling. What does she mean by that though?

Meltryllis starts breathing heavily. "Back to level one...!?" Ah, just my luck. Well, I shouldn't complain, at least Meltryllis has come out of this alive, and now BB can't directly harm her in any way.

BB taps her feet. "Well, that's the first punishment of many..." Of many? Does she plan on doing something else? "Violet, tell me what happened here. It was supposed to be an easy mission, but instead you are all beat up and Kingprotea is running around chasing the uglier man." Thanks for another compliment...?

Violet nods. "Things pretty much went wrong immediately. Kazuradrop tried to capture Hideaki Emiya through trickery, without any backup. Sen-, Hideaki Emiya saw through it and heavily damaged her. After it, she retreated." It wasn't exactly good trickery.

BB huffs, clearly annoyed. "And do you know the reason why she did that in the first place? She's a support type, and she's not a complete idiot." I see, we took the healer, or whatever early huh... Lucky break.

Violet looks away, seemingly ashamed. "It seems she wanted to... correct Hideaki Emiya through torture. I would like to apologize, for I do not know what exactly she wished to correct in the first place." She's probably just delusional. Like Melt.

BB hums. "I see... Well, for breaking the rules I so graciously setup... Maybe I could throw her into the worm pit?" I don't know what that is, but considering Auntie gasped, it's definitely not good. "Well, I'll punish her one way or another later. Continue." This Kouhai is surprisingly strict...?

Violet does as ordered. "After that debacle, we all surrounded Hideaki Emiya, but... only I wished to feed him to the monsters as ordered." That's true, surprisingly enough. "Meltryllis started to confess her love, and tried to absorb him. As you can see, she changed her mind." Melt simply giggles.

The mature Alter Ego continues. "Kingprotea confessed she wished to... eat him. I do not know why she is pursuing that Archer." BB seems to be getting angrier and angrier. "Passionlip just left after Hideaki Emiya called her... his favorite. And I was held back by his Saber. My apologies." And that's that.

BB waves her off. "Good job, being the only one with brains. Return." Violet disappears without a word, it's just like when Kazuradrop did. Which probably means she went back to the Moon Cell or whatever.

BB then stomps the ground. "Passionlip...! Come here right now! Or I'm making you eat a rat! While that rat is alive!" I don't know if BB is genuinely mad, or just exaggerating. Either way, this tense situation keep everyone quiet.

But slowly we hear heavy steps. "U-um... sorry!" The blushing Passionlip appears out of nowhere. It's just like that time where she popped off from behind a tree. "It's just that... that everyone was being mean and...!" She looks at me, seeking help again.

I have a feeling invading her heart and taking her would be easy, way easier than how it went with Meltryllis. I can't do that in front of BB though, so it's sadly a very wasted opportunity.

BB points at her. "Don't look at the enemy for help!" A beam comes out from her little staff, it hits Passionlip without trouble. "As a game dev, I'll punish you for now following your programming!" I...

I gasp while looking at the new Passionlip. The reason for that is that her usual outfit, has been replaced with a cowgirl one... Actually, she's a cowgirl in general, with ears and even a tail... Just what sort of punishment is this!?

She desperately looks at us. "S-Senpai! M-Melt... Help Moo...! N-noooo!" That cow noise was not done out of her choice. Or at least that's what I'm assuming. You never really know with these freaks of digital nature.

BB glares at her. "Now back to your room, or I'm fully turning you into a cow!" Passionlip disapproves with a crying face, and a broken self-esteem. That punishment seems to be... surprisingly light when compared to Kazuradrop.

BB waves her staff again. "And there goes Kingprotea... A jail that gets progressively smaller and crushes her ever growing body should be enough punishment." Your punishments are very weird.

She then points at me, a pout on her face. "You win this time, Oedipus-Senpai! Mostly because I'm a very busy heroine!" She smiles. "I have plenty of gachas to farm after all!" I... Is that really what you're doing with your time?

She laughs. "And so, you survive the second day! Congratulations, I thought my little minions were more competent, but... Well, next time I'll just let Archimedes do the planning." That's... that's clearly a heroic spirit!

Is he one of the three she mentioned before? "Is that one of them? Saber, Archer or Lancer?" There's something instinctual about me that hates them. The brightest of humanity should not erase their own species, it's the greatest sin.

BB puts a hand on her head. "No, he's a Caster... Did I babble his true name?" She shakes her head. "Well, just take that as special hint for when your time finally ends!" She nods to herself. "Yeah, I won't stop." Even as she says that, her face...

It's stupid of me. Hell, I'm stupid for even talking with her, all my companions are deadly silent after all, maybe intimated at the casual displays of power she throws around. But... "BB, are you okay? You're pale?" I ask.

She sighs. "Ah... I'm just fine." And then... she extends a hand. "Oedipus-Senpai, here's a peace offer. Take is as a prize for winning the game. If you take my hand, I'll definitely give you a happy ending." Where did that come from!?

Either way, the answer is obvious. "I won't take that hand so easily." There are many reason as for why of course. First is that I don't trust this is some sadistic trap and the second one is that she never specified what that happy ending entailed.

She pouts. "I figured you wouldn't!" She then mutters. "It's like you love slapping away my helping hand, what a joke." She then takes a deep breath. "If you come to the Moon, I'll end this." And then she disappears.

I... I don't know what exactly I did, but my mind tries focusing on anything else. Which is why after that tense conversation I... "Ah, sorry Altera, your clothes are all ruined." Shift my mind to another girl.

She frowns. "I want new ones." I know. "But this isn't the time for that. What do we do now, Master...?" I have no idea. I guess we could go look for that Archer who helped us? Having more servants can't be bad...

A sigh leaves my mouth. "I have no idea..." I then look at my ring. "Meltryllis... Before you said that I won the Holy Grail War. What exactly did you mean by that?" I might as well ask that right here and now.

My supposed girlfriend scoffs. "Ask that later." Eh? "I'm a perfect girlfriend who tends to her lover's needs, so look at your Aunt for now." Is there something wrong with Ride- Medusa...? I still can't believe she is a servant.

I do as Meltryllis says, and my aunt approaches me and... engulfs me in a hug. "Hide... Let's leave all of this for later. Right now we have some important people we need to see, don't we?" I... of course.

I put my hand on the handle, and take a deep breath. My parents should be waiting for me, and... I guess I'm sort of nervous. Technically it hasn't been too long since I saw them, but it definitely feels like it.

Altera raises an eyebrow. "Master... do you wish to leave?" Huh? Of course I don't! I have been looking for them for such a long time at this point! It was basically my main reason... Yeah. It's like Andersen said, I'm a family man.

I push the door open. "Not yet." What did I even...?

Immediately a body crashes into mine with a hug, she must have been waiting for me. "H-Hide...! You're okay...! You're really okay!" Normally in a situation like this, the child would be the one crying, but Sakura Matou is the only one shedding tears. "I...! I'm never letting you leave my sight again!" I know...

My mother is the first to hug me, but the second is my father. "Hide! I'm sorry...!" He has nothing to apologize for, but he still does. "I won't let anything bad happen to you again." Shirou Emiya only smiles or cries when his family is involved. He natural is bawling like a baby right now.

I hug her back. "I'm just fine." It's great to be back. Really. I'm truly glad my parents are okay. Yeah, I'm back to their safe hands, where I should be. I always knew I had to wait until I finished high school, until we said our goodbyes.

Only then could I start, but now I left and came back. Hideaki Emiya's small tale as a protagonist should be over, and that's why I finally understand why I was nervous before... A bird doesn't forget how to fly if he returns to nest.

I can't give away all of that delicious thrill and glamour. There's... there's no way out for me, is there? Okay. Things will proceed as normal, I'll beat BB and and conquer the world right after
