Son Of Lucifer 10

Fuyuki grimaced. "That's because I am stressed. That detective is a pain." It would be strange if he wasn't stressed after meeting the Ultimate Detective.
He was by all intents and purposes the ultimate evil scumbag after all. Her natural enemy. So even though the meeting had gone well, it was only natural he was still feeling some amount of fear even after getting home.
Satan chuckled. "Scared that she will somehow get you all the way here? I can confirm she had no supernatural powers if that's what you're worried about." Good to hear, but that wasn't the problem.
Fuyuki clicked his tongue. "Who cares about powers? I'm scared of her resources."
Having some amount of control over the police was way too amazing. What if there was a car watching him across the street right now? Fuyuki had closed the window's curtains to be safe, but what if that made him seem more suspicious?
At least his room was probably not bugged. His mom hadn't had any visitors and Fuyuki had done his own search across his room and found nothing strange. That could always change though, and it's not like he actually knew how those things worked anyways.
This all posed one problem in the end... should he keep visiting Yukiko and Yukino or not?
At the end of things, none of her possible investigation would matter much if he just never summoned the door again. Even if she sent someone to watch him, she would just find out about a normal boy who liked videogames.
It made Fuyuki think about how many criminals in human history had been caught for the dumbest shit imaginable. He imagined he would enter that list if he was caught because he just really wanted to see two high school girls.
So, was he smart, or was he an idiot who knew the possible consequences but would do dumb shit anyways.
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
"Yo! I missed you two!" He entered the dark room with a smile.
Yep, in the end he was a impulsive idiot. If he wasn't then he would never have kidnapped two well known girls in the first place! If he were a more sophisticated man this would be the time were he made some comment about beasts not being able to hide their true name.
Yukino glared at him as soon as he appeared. "Fujiwara." Her gaze was cold, and had surprising strength.
That didn't surprise him. While they still lacked food, he had given them tons and tons of water. Their bodies were starting to return to normal... to a certain extent at least.
Yukino, perhaps trying to take a spot as the favored girl, waved at him with a weak smile. "You came back, Fuyuki."
He chuckled. "Of course I did! Nothing can put me down!" He really was messed up. Seeing the girls he was mentally breaking was actually lifting his spirits up. "Although my fight isn't really over..."
He still didn't even know who his enemy was. Kyoko Kirigiri was certainly annoying, but she was not the person who cursed Mai Sakurajima. Or in other words, Fuyuki was completely and utterly in the dust.
He smirked. "Still, I seem to remember a talk of how I would get a kiss once I saw you again, Yukino." Seriously, he was way too messed up.
His heart was actually beating fast at the thought of this.
Yukino crossed her arms, and meekly looked away. "I-I didn't promise anything, I just said you shouldn't die without kissing me." She paused for a moment, before continuing. "Also, you didn't defeat your enemy. Following your logic, the last time you came here you could have just left and then immediately came back to—."
Another chuckle escaped him. "I get it Yukino, no need to become Japan's top lawyer on me." Resistance was normally not good.
In such cases he tended to try and show his authority in some shape or form, but this time he would let it slide. Primary due to two reasons, the first being that he didn't want to forcibly take her kiss. Much like with Yumiko, he wanted her to give it to him out of her own will... or at least for her to perceive it that way.
The second reason was because this was no standard rebellion. Yukino was being... a tsundere as ridiculous as that sounded, the blush on her face made that very clear.
She pouted. "One doesn't exactly need to be Japan's top lawyer to poke holes in your logic." Yep, she was being a tsundere alright.
Her tone didn't sound angry, it sounded... affectionate. There was some fear there, the girl perhaps being afraid of being reprimanded and forced out of the role she had inserted herself into, but that was it.
And while he could confirm her fears, he needed to remember that the carrot was always more important than the stick.
He exaggeratedly winces. "Does love not trump logic? Has the media I have consumed my entire life deceived me all of this time!?" Her smile actually became a bit more prominent.
Which meant it was time to metaphorically pounced. "Seriously though, I'm glad I lived to fight another day. Even though Yumiko is basically growling at me from over there." Had something happened to her?
No, if that was the case Satan would have told him. The truth is that this was just the wall he would have to eventually cross once she started getting her strength back. Welp, as long as he was still part of her pack, he would be fine.
More importantly, his comment had the desired effect on Yukino. "Yeah, I'm glad you're... alive." Her statement was nice to hear.
What he most care about however, was for Yukino to acknowledge that out loud. It was a small, although necessary step towards Yukino perceiving the relationship they shared as good.
Yumiko's eye twitched. "The nerve off..." It didn't look like she cared much about Yukino, instead raging at Fuyuki. "Of course I'm mad at you! You're you!" Fair enough.
He looked away, feigning hurt. "Ah, what if I was wounded? Coming here to such a cold reception would have actually been the finishing blow."
She huffed. "Well, you're not wounded are you! You're just being annoying." She seriously bounced back.
Was it all because of the water? Maybe not. The fact that he had removed her damaged make-up also didn't help the situation, Yumiko had regained some of her beauty and was probably relishing on it. Maybe he could take her water away? No, that would just reset their relationship.
This talk of wounds gave him a... interesting idea however.
He sighed. "Well then, I'm gonna be annoying elsewhere. Sorry that I didn't bring anything special today, but I thought I was the one getting rewarded for a job for once."
The real reason is that he wanted to keep as many trump cards that allowed him to control them as he could of course.
He waved at them. "Bye everyone!" It was a short visit, but a worthwhile one.
Yumiko pouted. "Bye. Take care, I guess." Oh? There was some dere under the tsun? It seemed she was just better at hiding it than Yukino.
Yukino slowly approached him with a blush. "Yes, g-goodbye..." She moved her face closer and planted the fastest peck ever on his cheek. "Please stay safe." This girl...
She was way too easy! It honestly made him feel like kidnapping her was a waste! He could have probably given her a bouquet of flowers, some nice words and gotten the same result he was getting now!
But being kind of pathetic made her cute. And seeing such a display, he couldn't hold himself back, going and hugging her. "Ah! You're way too adorable! My princess is way too perfect!" In some ways this was way better than a normal kiss.
That one had the guise of lust, this one was completely done out of affection. There would be no lie she could tell herself.
"Guh...! Don't hug me without warning me!" Alas, poor Yukino was definitely too weak to fight against his hug.
Yumiko's eye twitched. "You two..." Welp, someone was mad.
She shouldn't worry though, next time he came he knew just the way to make her feel hot and bothered.

"Senpai...! Yahallo!" Fuyuki supposed having his arm hugged by his girlfriend as soon as he stepped into school grounds was as good a life as any teenager could ask for.
Even if that girlfriend was just a decoy. "Good morning, Iroha. How did your day go yesterday?" Sadly, such a greeting did not calm him down at all.
He still had yet to receive any news from Kyoko. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it certainly got him worried. And not actually for himself for once, what if the girl went and got herself killed pursuing some kind of lead?
One might say that such a thing was fortuitous. However, it would mean never actually beating the Ultimate Detective. Not exactly a good ending as far as he was concerned.
His girlfriend hummed. "I dunno, it went alright I guess. My boyfriend kind of dumped me to go hang out with some Senpai of his." She glared at him. "Some Senpai of which I know nothing about. I also don't know what my boyfriend was doing with that Senpai."
How troublesome. Telling her that he went and hanged out with a super forgotten actress and a mega detective definitely wouldn't go well. However, not telling her anything wouldn't be goo either, she would assume the worst.
He had gotten a girlfriend to seem less like the type of man who would kidnapped two teenagers for sex. If that girlfriend then broke up with him, and went around spreading rumors about how he was up to something shady, then it kind of defeated the point.
He chuckled. "I was talking with my Senpai on how I would seduce and date Kana Arima." Sometimes the best way to escape an awkward conversation, was by saying something ludicrous.
Though this was only buying him time. It wasn't a permanent solution.
As expected, Iroha gasped. "W-wow, I didn't know you were the type to know about new idols, Senpai..." Hah, he totally wasn't—.
"What?" Did she get something wrong? "I don't really care about idols, the only one I can name off the top of my head is Ai Hoshino and Lady Gaga."
"Lady Gaga isn't a idol." She definitely was!
"Right." Sadly, debating things tended to only piss people off. "Anyways, I know nothing of this idol talk. I was talking about my childhood star you know? So... why idols?"
Iroha tilted her head. "Um... really? I guess you are too cool for idols... Anyways, Kana Arima recently debuted into a idol band or something." She snorted. "The sign of a failed actress, wouldn't you agree?"
Yeah... It definitely was.
Who cared about that though? Being a idol meant that dating Kana Arima would be way harder... And way more rewarding. Sometimes it really felt like the world was working on his favor. Especially since this talk distracted Iroha.
So he might as well continue on it. "Sure. Now I'm wondering about how you heard of it though? Did you like her songs?"
Iroha blushed. "N-no, idol music is all trash." She definitely liked her songs.
It didn't surprise him, in another life Iroha Isshiki definitely became an mediocre idol.

"I'm hurt that you didn't come see me during the morning, Senpai." Although Mai Sakurajima made her way to his class as soon as lunch started.
She huffed. "Well, you were busy with that annoying girlfriend of yours, I didn't want to interfere." Should he defend his girlfriend? Nah. "I must say, it's surprises me to say this, but you actually deserve better."
His eyes widened. "I do?" A surprising show of dere?
Huh, now that he thought about it, wasn't being surrounded by three tsunderes way too much for any one man?
She nodded. "Yes, but don't take this as a compliment. I think you're a pervert who just happens to have somewhat of a brain. Iroha Isshiki however, seems to be a shallow woman who..." She blushed. "Has relations with any influential student."
There were was no such thing as a influential high schooler. "Sorry, but where is this information coming from?"
This was the first time he was hearing anything about Iroha being some sort of Femme Fatale. Clearly she was a social climber, but it was hard to imagine the brat who blushed at any forward move having sex for popularity.
Mai smiled. "I heard some students talking about it." So gossiping. "There are advantages to being unseen you know? People talk about all kinds of things when they think nobody is watching." Wow, his Senpai was so cool and smart...
At least that's what he guessed she wanted to hear for accomplishing such a feat. "Weird, I didn't know you could shape shift Hikigaya." She truly was a loser of a loner.
There was no greater sign of it than hearing dumbass gossiping and using it to justify her own ideas.
She scrunched her eyebrows together. "What does that mean...?" That inequality was a lie.
If even a perfect beauty like Mai Sakurajima could become a loser, then men was truly created equal.
He was smart enough not say that though. "It means that we're wasting time and should get on with our investigation already. Let's head your class and do the teacher test."
That is to say, enter the classroom with Satan following around and see if anyone had any particular reaction to its presence.
She frowned. "Okay, but why start on my class?"
He raised an eyebrow. "It's naturally one of the best places to check, wouldn't you agree?" She definitely knew about it before he asked. Did she not want him there for some reason?
She sighed. "Ugh... yes. Can you just enter the class like that though?"
He shrugged. "As long as I act natural, everything should be fine." There were a myriad of reasons on why someone might visit his upper classmates.
Unless he made a fuss, nobody would bat an eye at it.
And so it was. He let Mai lead him towards her class. Their time was short, so they couldn't waste it. While they could go there after class, there would be less students around, which meant a bigger chance of missing the perp.
Not that it mattered. Fuyuki entered the class with Satan following along, acted as if he belonged there... and then eventually left feeling defeated. Nobody had noticed anything strange.
Mai had waited for him outside, and raised an eyebrow at his return. "Noticed anything strange, Fujiwara?"
He shook his head. "Nope. If the person who did it is there, they're a good actor." Not a impossible thing. Though there was also a chance of the person just not being inside of the class at the moment. Or inside of the class ever.
In the end this was just an attempt at finding a lead. And now a failed one.
She smirked. "Nobody on my class is that talented. You may not know this, but actresses develop a special instinct to detect liars. You can see it on their eyes, stars of scumbaggery." That was a load of bullshit.
She was trusting him after all! "I'll take your word for it. Though this is annoying... You're sure you don't have any classmate you're particularly suspicious of? Like someone who showed dislike for you?"
His Senpai looked away. "Everyone was always perfectly cordial to me, though I haven't spoken with them much." A expected answer from a loner.
Neither disliked, nor liked. Simply there, invisible but not quite. Up to the point where his future sex slaves knew of her, but not that she was in their school.
That was... a interesting line of thought.
"Senpai~! Found ya~!" And that line of thought was cut as Iroha hugged his arm once more.
He sent her a smile. "You sure did." Shit.
Well, this wasn't bad or anything, and he couldn't blame Iroha for seeking her boyfriend during one of the few times a student had a little break. It was certainly a waste of time though... Welp, it couldn't be help.
No matter how grumpy his Senpai looked. "And now I have to watch this...?" Geez, she sure was hostile to poor Iroha. Where had that come from?
It didn't matter, Iroha couldn't hear her anyways. "So what is my dear Senpai doing here anyways hum...?" She squinted her eyes. "Perhaps meeting with that mysterious Senpai of his? A Senpai-Senpai?"
Actually, this might be bad after all!
"I..." This was bad. He actually had no real excuse to be here. "Was jus—." He really was a lucky man.
His phone started ringing. And sure, it was crazy someone was calling him during school hours, but he wouldn't complain about that right now.
"Sorry Iroha, I have to take this." Maybe. It could be just some random number trying to sell him something. In that case he would just fake having a conversation until the bell rang.
She pouted, but backed off. "Go ahead Senpai."
He checked the number... It was Kirigiri. Which meant the conversation was actually gonna be real.
And then he took it. "Hello?" Iroha got strangely closer...
The Ultimate Detective sounded serious. "Fujiwara, I need you to find and keep an eye on a student for me." Straight to the point huh? "I do not believe him to be dangerous, but just for caution, do not approach."
"Instead wait for me. I'll see him after school." That was interesting in its on way. Why not just call him to the principal's office like she had done to so many students?
She was probably investigating outside of the school. "Fine by me. Well meet later the—."
Iroha lowered his phone. "Senpai... is that a woman's voice I hear?" Oh, so that's why she got closer to him. To indentify who he was speaking to.
She's way too rotten! Not that he could talk...
