It is not.
Therefore, I've reached out to the author and must wait until she gives me proper permission to upload the story.
I'll be moving onto Ted the Caver, and will be trying to be better about researching the stories I narrate.

That's totally fair! Hopefully she gives you the permission. I mean, a lot of people are covering the story to this day, so, unless they just didn't ask, it seem like she's totally fine with people covering it.
