Somewhat Victorian gothic genre about outliers who have the ability to bind our most painful memories into a book to make us forget. Totally giving Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind vibes. My heart may have ached at times during this book. Highly recommend, and interested in what you might think of it.
