We had a wealth of great references for our favorite non-spy this season so I just had to do her helmet! I'm sure there's already a lot of great models out there so I tried to tackle the biggest problem with existing models: the nose brow
The nose brow is pretty intricate and would be very difficult for most printers to print right the first time so I decided to make a version of the helmet with it separated. It fits snugly into the forehead area and the seam lines should be very easy to fill in.
Along with the helmet you'll also find:
Pre-Separated Details
Pre-Split for Smaller Printers
Filled and solid version for mini printing
Sizing slice at forehead level
Assembled version

UPDATE . I just finished my Armorer helm (printed separate pieces). Night and day quality vs my old file. I actually was able to print no issues and everything fit perfectly including the sizing. Thanks so much again, I love this character! Now going to start on the halo version ;)
