This is one I've wanted to do for a long time and we took a long time tweaking and fine tuning the assembly. We got some great looks of the helmet in full so I'm very confident in it's accuracy as well.
Includes the following features:
Assembled and pre-separated assembly
Filled and solid for small scale printing
Sizing slice at forehead level
Visor cutout template and ridge to hold a face shield in place without glue
Casting version that's hollow but has all the exterior holes plugged
The Antenna stem can be replaced with a 2mm diameter metal rod for durability
Different aerator styles - including and excluding a pre-modeled mesh
Pre-cut parts for smaller printers
