OP/DBZ Poll part one!

- One poll for One Piece characters
- Second poll for DBZ characters
- After both polls conclude, I'll draw pinups for the winners and a third drawing of the two winners with their outfits swapped!
(Maybe even a third poll pitting some of the characters with high vote counts against one another, but I'm not promising that at the moment.)

2021-05-17 07:20:54 +0000 UTCGood idea! I'm not surprised to see the Straw Hat girls dominating the poll, lol. Maybe in the future we could have a poll made up just of some of the side characters included here + others, just to give them more of a chance.
