New goals, small change in Patreon tiers

I have made a change to the voting power assigned to different tiers, as the current voting powers were completely insane for the higher tiers (if someone had signed up for the top tier, they would have controlled every vote).

New tiers:
First Officer: 1 vote
Captain: 2 votes
Ambassador: 3 votes
Admiral: 5 votes
Sexion 69: 15 votes (only 1 available)
High Command: 25 votes (only 1 available)

A side note being that if you sign up for the High Command tier, you will be the one who makes the entire StarCommand community reach its goals!

I have also added new goals.

Many of you have asked to be able to follow the story of the Proserpian girl from Chapter 2. Unfortunately, she did not win the vote.
She was really popular, and only lost because she was linked to an MMF option (if something like that ever happens, it will be skippable).

She's now tied to a goal: let's reach $30/month, and we will go on that adventure together!
Her storyline will take the USS Ecstasy to her "buyer" at first, but things will not go as planned.
The crew will  have to investigate her origins, and why the Federation allowed a slave trader to board one of their space stations.  Over the next few chapters, you will uncover some of the inner workings of the Federation's foreign diplomacy, and run into a few surprises.
Who will she "bond" with? We will find out.

I will also publish bonus renders for a character, selected by patrons.

The second goal is linked to Asheera. Without spoiling anything, I can tell you that you will learn that Asheera is skilled in hypnosis.
If we can reach $50/month, Asheera will teach you hypnosis to help you uncover someone's subconscious secrets... She will even teach you how to better condition Lizzy.
I will use my real world knowledge of hypnosis & neuro-linguistic programming to make this as realistic as possible, but since we are dealing mostly with non-human characters, the effects and side effects of hypnosis might surprise you!

The third goal will allow all of you who didn't get their way with the end of chapter votes to get a second chance.
If we can reach $100/month, not only will I know that this game is worth investing in, I will also bring back the 3 most popular runner ups of previous chapters for a patron-only poll, and re-add the winner in the story. These may be new characters, or existing characters who didn't get the spotlight.

We will also crowd design a new character, with a backstory, their own dreams and aspirations, and of course, their own kinks. I will publish some bonus renders of that character for all patrons, as well as anyone who participates in the creation live stream.

We will also vote on an existing character and write & render one of that character's fantasies in a live stream. This will not be part of the main story, so we can go wild! The renders & story will be for patrons only, but the live stream will be open to anyone.
