Added 2021-08-19 20:49:37 +0000 UTCIt’s hard to tell at this point, but this will be a full circle skirt! I have yards and yards of plain white cotton fabric. I also have an abundance of fabric dye. The dye gives me the ability to turn any plain cotton garment into a thing of beauty!
