Bi-monthly Billing System

Here is some Information, and the new 2023 billing schedule

I run my patreon in cycles. Each cycle is 2 months long starting with a billing month followed by a free month. There are a few important points to consider:

- When Joining my patreon you will be charged the day you joined, regardless of where we are in the cycle

- The next time you are charged depends on when in the cycle you joined. If you join during a billing month you will get charged the day you joined and then if you stay an active patron into the following month you will get that following month free. If you joined during a free month, then you will be charged the day you joined and then  again on the 1st of the following month.

- Designs that are publicly released will be archived off patreon at the end of every cycle and become available to purchase in my cults3D store. A cycle ends on the last day of a free month. and a new cycle begins on the 1st of a billing month.

- In order to take advantage of the bi monthly cycle you have to stay subscribed for the entire cycle. If you joined in a billing month you have to be an active patron into the following month to get it free. If you unsubscribe during that month you will lose the free month.

Will there be files released during the free months?

Yes! I will still be releasing files. There may not be as many as somtimes I take the time during the free months to work on patreon, file management, and updating older models! But there are always new releases every month regardless of where we are in the cycle.

Why didn't I get my free month?

There are two reasons why you didn't get a free month. The first is because you joined during the second half of a cycle. you were charged the day you joined and then you are billed on the 1st  of the following month which is the beginning of a new cycle. If you stay subscribed you'll then be able to grab your free month during the new cycle. Another reason is that you joined on the first half of the cycle but then unsubscribed which will void your free month.

How do I know where we are in the cycle?

I will create a post in the last few days of every month with a reminder of where we are in the cycle and whether patreon is going to bill you or not. You can also come back here and check the schedule.

Will the commercial license stay active during free months?

Yes! If you are an active patron you are still covered by the commercial license during the free months! Yay!
