Happy to release some pokey friends today!! This release includes:
🦔 Hedge hog flexi
🦔 Hedge hog flexi 3MF
🦔 Basket, with handle and without
I decided to give these little guys something to hang out in so they come with a little basket!
100% basket fits one 100% hedge hog
Please make sure that when you are editing the 3MF that you are NOT painting the eyes with the paint tool. They are split to objects and painting them will create uneven paint lines. Instead please assign color to them from object list located in the left side panel.
Tested down to 40% scale But I don't recommend going below 80%
If you are using bambu studio please make sure you are double checking your profiles as the 3MF will load a default A1 mini plate and settings.
As with all of my designs, I strongly advise that the printed models are not to be handled by children under 3 without proper supervision.
Filaments used:
pink and beige heggie: Polyterra spring, Hatchbox stone brown
Blue heggie: Ziro Matte Glacier, Polyterra Candy
green heggie: Ziro matte Morandi, Cookiecad Green apple elixir
brown baskets: Ziro matte wood grain

I have had so much trouble assigning colors on other creators files, because the color of the entire object would change! Took me forever to even explain my issue to the creator, as I'm only about 2 months into printing lol, but I was so tired of the paint tool I could scream! Thank you so much!

I personally know people in TN that were hit by the hurricane and because of these adorable prints, we were able to raise $1600 to donate to families that needed it! Thank you so much!

2024-10-01 20:43:14 +0000 UTCIt’s more of a personal choice, I would try printing 0.2 and 0.16 in single color and looking at the difference, from a business point of view if you are printing stock for events, full plates I would recommend sticking with 0.2. If you are printing plates of unique things, high end limited stock editions then 0.16 would make more sense

I cant decide if .2mm layer height is optimal or if .16mm layer height is optimal, especially for multicolor prints since it will increase the number of filament changes and increase print time to go use the .16mm. In your opinion, is .16mm worth it?
