MasoFactory 2 Update and Opinions
Added 2022-03-11 18:26:41 +0000 UTCHi! I'm planning to go harder and make MasoFactory 2 more detailed and structured similar to my earlier works like MasoPuppet and MasoCamshow instead of the HMV format I have been using lately. That being said, this video will take longer than usual to produce.
I'd still like to put out content for you guys during this process instead of just having dead air until it's finished. In order to do this, I am leaning towards releasing the videos for each scene separately as I finish them and then putting them all together when they are all finished for the final video.
I'd like to get your individual thoughts on this; I have been considering switching to this format of content production and release for a while now. How do you all feel about me making and releasing shorter animations more frequently with longer, more detailed videos being released when I feel I have made enough new animations?

Thanks so much for your input! One of the reasons I started using the HMV format was to increase the amount of content I can produce but I really want to get back to my old style wit more complex videos for the exact reason that you mention; there just really isn't that much animated content for machine-bondage out there. I will try the drip feed approach and put out more previews and short loops before the full video is finished for the time being.

Pros: keeps people engaged, lets them know what you're working on, some people prefer to get smaller bits of content more frequently. Con: some people (like me) prefer to wait until the final product is released, so that the scenes remain a surprise. That being said, the people who prefer to wait can just choose to not look at the previews, so I don't see any downside to the "release as you go" approach. As for more complex animations, I wholeheartedly approve. MasoCamshow is one of my favorite videos, and frankly there isn't really much machine-bondage stuff out there that approaches it in terms of quality/variety. So it would be great to see more, even if it means longer production times.
