Tarkov Tweaks - Gunpowder Crafting Update 02

- Removed the "Bulk Craft" options for both ammo and powder (Will add back once I finish all base bullet/powder crafts and balance them)
- I covered most vanilla ammo that are used by most guns/gun mods
- Available bullets to craft now (308, 556, 10mm, 12g, 38, 45, 7.62)
- All powders should be available to craft now
- Once this update goes live this will be the last "vanilla" update the next updates will use Caliber - Complex (next week or the week after that)
