Hello, Sorry for the issue. I have tested both on pc and mobile app and it seems to works for me. Mega has an issue of not handle large video files well. There are two known fixing methods. Rather clearing app cache and retry again (mobile) or download video files to your device.

2019-10-13 20:46:20 +0000 UTCOkay, so I redownloaded it again, double clicked the file and again, all I have is audio, no visuals at all. Before messaging you back saying it wasn't working, I thought, maybe it's the video player. Turns out, Windows Media Player just didn't want to load the visuals, it works fine in other players. Sorry about saying there was an error in the download, keep up your amazing work, and many thanks to Mikaelya for voicing in this one!
