WIP + Update | Eden

Instagram and polls— 

Okay— so for the last few months, polls posted here have determine the content I made and posted. However, as I learn to grow and become a bit more active on patreon, I‘m learning I should use this feature and others, based on the vibes. So far, this community is finding its grove and leaning how to Walk. Polls arent the most popular feature here so far but, still a very helpful tool. Knowing this I’ll be using polls in a way that will focus more on what each tier is centering. Such as, for sticker club— we’ll be voting on the designs to use for back paper art. Sample club will determine the samples of the month and the designs we’ll use. 

So as of now, I’ll be using instagrams poll Feature as my source of brain storming and a creative outlet when looking for content. Ill be adding other exclusive polls that only my patreons family can participate in— such as the Watch Club polls ( Read more here: https://www.patreon.com/posts/68644762 ). With out a further wait,  this is Eden.

Introducing Eden

Im so in love with this character and so far I’m happy with the direction the series is going. Not to get a fandom started but, Please know if I have time I will be shipping eden with my version of eve. Like after see the voting for the character, I instantly added 1 and 1. I’m so excited to see where we go this month.

This is eve ( for reference) and below are the insta votes. I think I’ll introduce a poll, specifically- A patreons Choice Poll. This poll will allow us to make a special character for that months theme and make that character into to the sticker of the month. So lets try that tonight and from there see how that works.

As you can see— Miss Eden was in the lead with over 222 votes. As mentioned in yesterdays post, I now prep before proceeding with rendering to save time. I’m just so excited to show you all, part 2 of Eden and my the colors I chose for her. Plus, I will most definitely be adding the other options back in the mix for their chances to be freatured in the series. But moving on…

I tend to get my resources from Pinterest, Instagram and my brain ( thank you  maladaptive daydreaming and Hyperphantasia) and this was my reference for that day . I was aiming more for basic, insta model poses, with a fantasy twist. I really wanted to make sure that elements like the crystals were preset. One thing about me is, I always loved crystals, their meaning and the aesthetic they added to my Style. This also worked for this image because this was My representation of the garden of Eden. I really thought this element was important. The crystals really center this character design. I thought adding the 3rd eye would also be a beautiful touch — Im hope this characters embodies the spiritual version of the garden.

So I already had a previous design drawn up of her, but centered more in a detail setting. Wanting to focus more on character design,  I proceeded using the original design as reference. I drew the locs with flowers and the leafs just to add detail. I’m think I should color her locs green and maybe continue that green as her skin tone.

So as I back up — The other details like the waterfall is present. Which is my favorite part of the entire image, like I don’t know why but it is. I’m also debating on rather or not to add fruit. Maybe I’ll add fruit to the water—

Also, I was debating on rather, I should do a water wrap or a body suit. With out really testing out other outfit options, I just went with a water wrap. The point is, the design was coming together. I really debated on leaving it at this stage but compared how different the styles would be to our first character— I just knew. So at the end I ended up rendering the line art once more.

There was alot of debating to get to this point and the Debating continues. I hope that you enjoyed this WIP post and the update. The clean art work will still new adjustment and we as a whole will need time to get use to the changes.
