The rendering of Eden | WIP

 Part 2— Eden

So, getting the day started—here is the WIP for Ms. Eden. This WIP will be a shorter one -when It comes down to me talking through this. That’s mainly due to not having much shots of the process because of, the very rocky start. 

However, As we get started, we’ll be focusing on the colors that I have chosen. I wanted to ref. the chakra colors and their placement. She needed to be a brown skin GOWRL, and  the green vines as locs were a must darling!

I was not feeling the dark background for her though. But at that moment I wasn’t feeling the image over all to be honest. I was hoping that  glow effect would be a good touch.

I was very much Impatient and skipped a few steps. This was just to encourage me not to drop every thing and starting over.  And I‘m so glad that I didn’t because she was coming together. But…. I really wish I didn’t pull a “ trust the process” moment on myself, Lmfao. Because At this point, I was really more focused on making her work. I was so determined and It was almost heart breaking coming to the realization that this could be,  one of the many drawings I have stashed called— It looks better as a sketch.

I don’t know if other artist have a folder or sketches in general sitting In their sketchbook …. unfinished and will probably never be finished— and the only reason is because, it just looks better as a sketch. Yea, so its just me….well there’s a point that I’m making here. About 70% - 75% of my sketchbook ( digital ) is filled with unfinished sketches and about 20% of them are made up from that specific genre of sketches. However this was almost the Fate and  result of Ms. Eden.—and something I couldn’t afford 

Im honestly happy, how well she turned out though. She looks Magnificent, and this is my favorite close up of her bc she was giving body. Though, I really feel like I did better displaying the water effect on her than,  the attempt I made on omeya and her body suit.  I Know both came out amazing.
