In NiP's world if this is the 'normal' location for a futa's cock when they're flaccid then I think this explains the comments back in the original PenLecture (Page 8 (9?) panel 1) about "Kaitlyn wears underwear? Kinky". Instead of tucking herself away, Kaitlyn is 'out and about'. Now I want to see a regular scene with all the girls standing around, including the teacher. Perhaps changing classes in the hall. Then an X-Ray showing all that meat tucked away. I could also see some interesting 'desperation' scenes. A futa packed up becoming aroused with nowhere to relieve herself. We'll know more when we get the dialog. ☺
