I don't really understand all this anti-lockdown stuff. Here in Australia it has been a success, combined with closed borders. The unemployment benefit was doubled and suicides have actually decreased on last year. I think it has been particularly difficult for international students and temporary migrants as they have disgracefully not had access to any support, but for the majority of the population lockdowns haven't been a big issue... They've kept the population safe from Coronavirus.
