Staple change (⚠️CW: Slight blood, medical equipment)

I’ve always wondered how Dabi came about using them for his burns/scars and how he deals with them. I know medical staples need to be replaced at least every 2 weeks but I’m sure in the bnha universe they have better medical technology.
I’m sure he does have to do a lot of care for them still and if he does have to replace every now and then that’s a loT of work.
(also finally trying out new brushes 🖌✨)

2021-07-21 03:52:14 +0000 UTCMy working theory (I’ve done no staple research but lots of burn research lol) is that he cut the eschar bcos because it made it hard to move/it started to split naturally in some places/he thought it would help some other way and the staples are to hold it in place after his little diy surgery didn’t actually help all that much. Also, the burns aren’t the only thing he’s got that’s full thickness huh?
