Modified Centre Foot released

After printing and testing I've modified the Centre Foot Omniwheel and Frame. Firstly I've offset the ominwheels with a single modified frame which can be added if you've already printed and assembled. Secondly I've modified the frame for strength. The original was extremely strong but I want to make this bomb proof! So I've added 6mm nut holes on the inside, so a threaded bar can be screwed in and outer nuts fitted for a very rigid foot. It seems spot on now! The updated files are on the Patreon share, with public release in a week.

I struggled with simplify3d on exactly the same thing until I found this feature.

Hi there, use the place surface on bed function on Simplify3d, Edit -> Place Surface On Bed and select one part of the surface, job done!

Hey Mike, any chance you can upload wheel1.stl with is sitting vertically. For some reason when I load it into Simplify3d, it is at an unknown angle and I have tried to rotate it vertically, but I don't think my wheels are perfectly vertical.

Ah.. that's why I could not find it! Lol!! ๐Ÿ˜€ BtW, since I have all these parts for the version 1 printed, which ones do you think I can use on V2 ? Some greebles, horseshoes, skirt, feet... none?

Hi, I haven't done the centre leg design yet. Completed so far is the body, shoulders , legs, center foot, skirt, dome and all the greebles (bits). I've got to do the center leg and mounts, outer feet, battery boxes and then the fixings options (electronics, servos etc).
