3 ring body printed!
Added 2018-11-23 07:42:00 +0000 UTC3 part printed body, 3 rings, 2 weeks, 4 reels of filament and we have a complete frame with integrated skins, around 4kg, happy with the strength, all greebles redesigned also so mostly single prints for the greebles bodies with some parts for easy assembly. No glue so far in the pics, greebles bolted in, but that’s it,and literally just off the print bed so no finishing or sanding (that will be the next steps). Gaps / warping virtually non existent (used PLA+) .2 layer height, 20% infill and the alignment and fit is perfect!
Panels for data port and charge port just slot in, so you can update and add. All support is built in and really clean lines around the utility arm upper edge and other overhangs. Happy days!!
Files are in the ‘work in progress’ folder and available to Patreons to play with (still got more assembly and testing before I move to early bird and ultimately open release). Enjoy and happy Thanksgiving :-)

Looking fantastic. Please tell me when you have perfected it it will be sliced up into manageable pieces for us with smaller printers.
