Helixftr 2.6.2024 Update

This contains all the WIP's and finished characters I've got right now- or it *should*, at least.
The big inclusion here is Harrien of course, but there have been more than a few tweaks here and there on older characters as well.
Enjoy! Probably best not to overwrite anything, just in case.
