It looks like Hekima's fragile hold on life is slipping, but she has one more thing she needs to say.

Something about him keeping that promise does feel kinda... "wrong", doesn't it? And I'm not sure about LBT.... there are a few scenes in the original of characters yelling at each other from the bottoms of cliffs/canyons, though...
