Yes, after literally years (in real time; not comic time) it's revealed that the Prideland hyenas were indeed in the same area as the Lion King's infamous Elephant Graveyard. But is it just me or does it look a little different than when Simba and Nala will find it many years from now (comic/TLK story-canon time). The buffalo herd leader gives a little history on the graveyard for Mufasa and Taka.
Meanwhile... it seems Baya is looking to add another baboon to her tally of dead characters. (I mean, she won't, obviously - since Rafiki is in The Lion King, but still... things are tense.)
