Chapter 35 delay and Patreon issue

If any of you patrons check your monthly bill, you'll see that Patreon didn't charge you as much as they should have. Instead of being billed for 3 chapters for September from me, you only got billed the once.
What happened was Patreon switched me over to 'per month' instead of 'per creation' BEFORE the agreed upon time, but didn't update my tier prices (which they still haven't done). So all you patrons were only charged 1/3 what I'd intended for you to be charged for September.
Tier prices are supposed to be 3/6/9/30, but they're still 1/2/3/10. When the (forced) switch to 'per month' billing was to take place, they were supposed to increase my tier prices accordingly to reflect my usual 3 creations per month. They did not.
All patrons essentially got A Taste of Heaven 01-1 and 01-2 for free. I lost 2/3rds of my month's income. And Patreon is ignoring my e-mails. If there's something I'm not understanding, some miscommunication on my end maybe, it'd be great if they explained it to me. But they're choosing silence.
I'm taking a week off. Chapter 03.35 is written but needs some edit passes before it goes live. Unfortunately, trying to edit it makes me so furious that I'm dealing with this awful company that has cost me thousands and thousands of dollars over the years with their horrendous billing system, that I'm getting nothing done when I try. So I'm taking a week to cool down before I get back to the grind.
EDIT1: Patreon's finally responded to my ticket, and they say they'll compensate me for their error. If true, that's actually pretty great, and I'll be impressed. I'll update again when/if it happens.
