It's 100% on brand for our Aziraphale to worry so much about the ramifications for Crowley while Crowley throws all caution to the winds. AGH this is just the sweetest and I am glad Gabriel didn't catch them out. At least they had this moment of space. That FEATHER. I wish he could wear it with the white ribbon in his hair. <3

He has his back turned to this obviously SOO besotted demon, and doesn't even register - or understand - Crowley's body language. He looks at Angel like he means the world to him, and Angel doesn't even see it. How is it possible to be so dense? Or to quote Crowley later on: 'How can anyone so smart be so stupid?' I bet Angel doesn't even think of securing a black feather as a memento, does he? Crowley is much more in touch with his own feelings, and accepting them. Crowley has got it, and is all in. Angel, not so much. I bet if Gabriel as much as hinted at 'fraternisation', Angel would deny everything. Maybe even to himself...

He knows this - his thoughts are with the possible trouble that could arise for Crowley if they are found together. I don't think he is dismissive of the declaration. It feels like protecting him; I will love you enough for the both of us, because I know you love me. We'll figure it out, don't worry. At least that's my interpretation. Love the feather in the last panel.

But it seems to me that in these panels it's the other way around? Am I wrong? Is there a reason for that? It's just, Crowley is behind Az, and there's light at Az's back. Meanwhile, Crowley is in shadow. Is it because Az is turned away from him? I may be looking into this too deeply. I'm a hair sleep deprived XD
