I don't have a sketch suggestion but if you put ice or a cold wet towel on a tray and blow a fan across it it's amazing. Or a cool shower but don't really dry off after just put your stuff back on. I lived in a hot place with an allergy to the mold and stuff that grows in AC and found some ways to cope
