Liminis amatores would be lovers of (the) threshold (as a reference to crossing through the Gates of Hell). Lovers probably makes more sense than my original suggestion of love of threshold. Plural would be liminum but singular would let it specifically reference *the* Gates of Hell.

I can't handle isolation, or what would certainly happen if they knew the truth, so I just moved away so I can have more happiness and freedom where I am now, and just withhold information and lie a bit as needed when I visit.
