Etsy Update

I’m very confused, I got a message telling me my account was paused due to unshipped overdue orders. I don’t have any of those. So I inquired and they told me that they’re worried my orders may BECOME overdue because I just got an influx of orders? Which is also not true, because I had a lot more during ineffable con in comparison to now?
I’m waiting for updates but honestly I’m really tired of Etsy offering a subpar platform for the amount of fees it takes. I’m thinking of moving to Shopify.
But anyways! I’ve been dealing with this all afternoon and can’t get it resolved, so In Season will likely have a weekend update instead of a Friday update this week.
So that’s why my shop is down right now. I’ll keep you updated!

We had etsy for our crystal company, and moved to shopify 3 years ago and never looked back. We send out over 100k orders a year, and it's all been seamless. So much easier to integrate 3rd party apps, and full control over your store, plus you can create listings, or just invoice directly for preorders instead, if you wanted. The flexibility is a true relief.

2022-01-28 23:56:19 +0000 UTCI believe you have to get then down to 30 orders total before they'll open your store again. And you do have to email them directly to check for approval. At least you have your second account until then!

2022-01-28 22:49:18 +0000 UTCI tried opening an Etsy Shop a short time ago and it was closed almost immediately after I opened it with no explanation and I got the same Email with absolutely no information as to why everytime I asked. Right now I'm just to down to try again elsewhere. I put so much energy into doing that for nothing
