Checking In

I had a moment at the end of a massively busy week and thought I would check in. How are you all? Doing well, I hope.
Me, I'm in that blessed calm before the storm of conferences and touring, which allows me to sit down every single workday and write a lot of words. Episode 111 was released earlier this week, but I just wrapped up writing Episode 115 yesterday. If I'm going to travel, I need to get the stories done ahead of time, you know?
I have a bunch of new projects in the works for later in the year, too. While I can't say much about them right now, let me tease what I can. Some are in the audio space, while others are in different/new mediums. Some are non-fiction, and others are going to see my return to the fiction space. It's crazy how fun these projects are going to be.
Included in that mix are three new podcasts that will all premiere in 2019 (not counting Unobscured Season 2), and I'm really excited for those. Not only are they going to be fantastic additions to your podcast rotation, but all three of them are being written and hosted by women who are 10 times more talented than me.
Lastly, I hope you're enjoying the new member-only podcast series, Behind the Lore. Everyone has access to it in here, and it's been an absolute blast to make it and have these conversations with my research team. They are super talented people, and hearing their thoughts and process on the Lore episodes they help craft is a real treat.

Nope, didn't miss anything, never fear! I never reveal topics ahead of time. When the trailer drops sometime in the Fall, that's the first anyone will find out what the next topic is.

I loved the deep dive into Salem and the political and cultural atmosphere that surrounded the events were so informative to the narrative and the question I have always asked, "Why?". I can't wait to see what you dig into next!

I have been here since the beginning of the podcast and you have had wonderful success. It is nice to know that podcasters enjoy their Patreon as we do.
