General stress and stuff!

I’m so excited to share some new pride designs with you next month! That being said I must admit that I have been very stressed recently. I moved a few days ago, I’ve got a ton of packages and patreon rewards to go out, in addition to posting a comic page every day (and trying to exercise and spend some time outside everyday for mental health!). It’s a lot to handle but I’m doing okay!
The thing that has me most stressed is that I will be going away for two weeks at the end of June/beginning of July, so I’m building a little nest of content to be posted automatically while I’m away!
At any rate, I am doing my best to turn out new work for you but I’m a bit strung out so please know I’m trying my best with these pride pieces. It’s always me alone that sends everything to you when you order it! So I need to consider how much I can realistically ship before I design a lot of different prints/stickers/charms!

You never have to fear that your loyal gremlins will think less of you if you need to take time for yourself, or if things take longer sometimes. We totally understand. You are important to us! Don't stress yourself before a vacation or you'll spend half of it recovering. Really, please, take the time. We will miss you (of course), but you are entirely allowed! (If you can't do nothing without feeling bad (and I understand that feeling), then cut it back, every other day or twice a week or once a week. We'll be here when you get back regardless.)

I’ve stayed subscribed to Patreons that went down to posting once a month because of personal matters, but supporting them in those stressful times was still worth the $1-5 dollars a month

If a less frequent posting schedule improves your mental health and allows you time to sort things out and enjoy life more I'll still be here supporting you and enjoying whatever you still post. A reminder to folks on here… asking for content on a post that isn’t requested by the artist is not supportive… Asking ‘Am I also going to see this!?’ on a post, however innocent, is an unsolicited request for work from that artist. Patronage is to support an artist at THEIR pace, to absorb content THEY most want to make. With your money, you get access to things like First Looks, Discounts and Exclusive Merch & Content. Requests and Suggestions should be last on that list, and only if solicited by the artist. Please support Whiteley wherever they are in their artistic process and their life… that’s the best way to be on this platform. ❤️❤️❤️
