Homosexuality was illegal back then in England, but as long as they kept to Soho bars, police mostly turned a blind eye to it. But if they got in a mood, they'd raid a place. A lot of times, they'd go after the Black gay bars first.

So if he sees an overcrowded mixer bar he’s going to shut it down and get names just like the government told him to. Buuuut, if he… for instance… saw a young blonde man attacking an infernal who had no way of defending himself, he would take the infernal’s side and report it properly! He’s more inclined to judge infernals, but it’s the laws over all!
