Georgie really likes Song and wants him to stay far away from Elon because she knows how much damage he can do and maybe a bit because she’s jealous. She dedicated her whole life to Elon but Song is always more important. Song likes Georgie a lot but she irritates him, if he doesn’t like something he’ll let you know but Georgie beats around the bush and says she wants change but isn’t bold enough to make it happen. Their relationship is probably closest to cousins with an age gap? They get along but there’s a lot of things Song finds childish about her.

Makes sense it's been ground into her how a dishevelved appearance is a reflection on him (and shows how incapable she is without him.) Perhaps when she's away, we'll get to see her beautiful hair down and free. In addition, if Elon came back as Georgie was meeting Song, hair down, at night, without him there, it might not look good. Hair up means she's clearly answering the door in an official capacity.
