Poor mans, I know that Male Domestic Abuse victims are rarely ever mentioned in media because of how society thinks it’s “rare” but all the research on the subject is self reported. It’s like how we truly don’t know how many SA victims are out there because of the shame and guilt they feel afterwards. One of my friends was being abused by his girlfriend. Women can be just as cruel and can hold a lot over a man’s head. Luckily his parents finally got him out of the situation and stood by him in court after years of not believing him.
