I know I’ve been quiet this month. We moved from California to Nevada on the 1st and outside of the normal unpacking, our landlord withheld a lot of our deposit because they claimed we never paid as much as we did even though I literally had a receipt … its been messy . Also it’s been an adjustment to find routines again.
Going to the store to find something to make for dinner has always been mediative for me. It was all part of my process with cooking to unwind. I cannot tell you how much of a mindfuck it is to feel lost in your (new) neighborhood grocery store.
We’re getting there though. Every day feels more normal.
