Rachel sat, nestled away in a quiet corner of the restaurant hidden behind large shades and her menu. Donna would be walking in her for her date with Sean any minute; she could see the man sitting at the table nervously pushing his silverware around in anticipation. She smirked, he was chubbier than the picture on the dating app and she could practically feel his anxiety rolling off in waves. Focusing her magic, she peered into his mind; reading his thoughts and history when it came to women. He just wanted a girl who shared his interests and didn’t mind when he started babbling about all his little nerdy hobbies. Rachel felt herself grin as she sifted through his other preferences.
“Poor thing, you’re quite sweet…just looking for love.” She whispered to herself, “Why don’t we make that happen?”
A few muttered words under her breath funnelled some of her magic toward the man before she stood, paying for her single drink and exiting before Donna could arrive and spot her. The spell was cast, she did not need to be here for the rest of it. Still, she couldn’t help but smile in anticipation; pretty soon Donna was going to be Sean’s ideal woman, whether she wanted to be or not. She couldn’t wait to see how he moulded her.
~
David took a deep breathe as he walked into the restaurant; he’d been standing in front of the mirror for hours trying to decide what to wear. Their first date was to be a nice, mid-range restaurant; not too fancy, not too casual. The sweet spot where it was surprisingly easy to show up under or over dressed. In the end he had decided upon a pair of black tights and a short red dress that hugged his curves in a flattering manner and had a neckline low enough to show off some skin without seeming too slutty. His stomach was full of butterflies; Gods he hoped Sean liked him. David kept trying to convince himself that hope was just so he could win the bet but if he was honest, his ego could use the boost. He wanted to be found attractive and honestly…he wanted to get laid. Memories of that night in the alley haunted his dreams, making him wake with sticky moisture between his thighs each morning and emotions he refused to indulge alone.
When the waiter showed him to the table his heart sank a little; Sean was more heavy set than his photo had shown, still pale and bespeckled though. He bit back his disappointment only to have it, somehow, instantly evaporate the moment their eyes met. Perhaps it was the kindness he saw there, or maybe it was that strange voice in his mind replacing his thoughts:
‘You like chubbier guys…’
He did, actually., After all, his Donna body was no stick figure model and was all the more gorgeous for it. Why should there be such a double standard? The more that she took him in, the more handsome Sean seemed and David’s stomach lurched.
“It’s nice to meet you.” Sean held out his hand, “I’m Sean…but you already knew that, heh.”
They say confidence is key and for a second David once again felt himself offput by Sean’s nervous demeanour, the man was yet to look him properly in the eye for more than a split second. But then again that warm, happy feeling began to fill him; Sean was just nervous, he should be flattered to make a man flustered with his mere appearance.
“Donna.” David sat, “So, why don’t you tell me a bit about yourself.”
“Well…” David could sense his hesitance.
“Oh, go on.” He placed his chin on the back of his folded hands, “I don’t bite, unless you’re into that.”
Sean’s pale skin turned beet red and David felt a similar heat in his own cheeks. Where had that come from? Since when did he talk so brazenly? Already he could feel a familiar sense of lust welling within him just looking at his date and he furiously tried to stamp it down.
“Well, I like playing games, like World of Warcraft and other RPGs, especially TTRPGs like Dungeons and Dragons. Do you happen to like any of those?”
His voice got higher and more anxious as the sentence went on, as if he were awaiting rejection. David had to fight to keep the sneer off his face, wasn’t Dungeons and Dragons that nerdy board game with all the dice? He thought it was for children, why would a grown man waste his precious free time doing anything like that? Or sitting at a computer screen playing wizard games? He tired to find the polite words to tell him he had no interest in such things but instead what came out was.
“I’ve not tried them, but I am really interested!”
Sean brightened immediately, leaning over the table with an excited smile.
“You are, I could teach you if you like!”
That sounded awful.
“That sounds great!”
What was he saying? Why was he smiling like an idiot at this strangely attractive geek? Why was he suddenly filled with a strange desire to actually give those games a try? He blinked in confusion as the feeling got stronger; he’d seen Dungeons and Dragons talked about on TV shows, surely so many people wouldn’t play it if it wasn’t fun. Maybe giving it a chance could actually be fun and as a bonus, he could spend more time with Sean who was rapidly becoming more fascinating by the minute.
He was talking animatedly, barely pausing for breath. It seemed those few words of acceptance were all he needed to launch into a full on speech about the joys of computer games and funnily enough, David found himself content to listen. Sean’s voice was so soothing, deep and smooth. It seemed to make time pass strangely, their dinner seemingly to pass all too quickly while simultaneously seeming to last an age and when the cheque came David found himself disappointed that they had to part.
“I’d love to see you again.” Sean said before bashfully looking at his feet, “Sorry I rambled on.”
“No, it’s fine. I had a great time.” David replied, and it was true.
“If you like we could meet up at my place next time, I could help you make a DnD character. Or maybe open a warcraft profile for you.”
Sean’s house; where his bedroom was. David agreed without hesitation.
~
David felt like a school girl with a crush; he was habitually checking his phone for new messages from Sean every five minutes. He almost wrote one out himself a few times before blushing and deleting every word. In a matter of days Sean had gone from a desperate last effort to the centre of his entire world. No matter how hard he tried not to think about him, the man and his strange hobbies would fill his head. David didn’t like video games; never had, they seemed like a waste of time and yet each time Sean bought them up he found himself rapt with attention, hanging on every word. It would take several hours by himself to realise he didn’t actually like them. It was as if Sean’s very presence made them interesting. More concerningly, the time between him coming back to ‘himself’ was stretching out longer and longer.
Rachel seemed genuinely happy for him when she rang to ask how the date went. She insisted he give all those nerdy things a try at least once, it was the polite thing to do. So that’s exactly what he did when Sean opened his door and instead of showing him to the kitchen to fix him a drink like a normal date, he led David to the study where two laptops were set out.
“I thought we could make your first Warcraft character and I could help you through your first few quests!”
His face was so bright and excited, almost childishly so and David felt his heart warm, it was nice seeing somebody so passionate about their hobbies even if said hobbies were ridiculous. He’d give them a try, just for Sean. As he sat down, he felt that intrusive thought once more:
‘You want to be his nerd girl…’
Just like before, his disinterested evaporated and he found himself trapped in his own body, unable to interrupt Sean as he carefully explained the mechanics of the game, most of which went in David’s ear and out the other. He didn’t know what half the words he was saying even meant; mobs, mana, DPS, it was like a whole different language. This should have deterred him, should have made him bored but instead David found himself smiling; he wanted to try it, he wanted Sean to be proud of him, to like him.
It turned out, David was a horrible world of warcraft player, even with Sean’s help. He tried his best but his stupid fat fingers couldn’t keep up on the keyboard, he had to keep looking away from the screen to ensure he was pressing the right button and by the time he looked back, he was dead.
“Why aren’t I moving?”
“Use W, A, S, D!”
“Why-oh dammit!”
David pouted as his character died yet again; Sean was never going to want him as his girlfriend if he didn’t pick up his game soon!
“Nice try at least. Remember, the arrow keys aren’t for moving, you click or use those letter keys.” Sean reminded him gently, not a hint of condescension in his voice.
“Why use others keys when there are arrows specifically for that!” David complained before sighing, “I’m sorry, I don’t think I’m going to get any better.”
“That’s okay, we can try again next time.”
David wanted to tell Sean he never wanted to see the game again but instead a bright smile formed on his face, against his will.
“I’d love to!”
Sean beamed and David’s stomach filled with butterflies; ever since this change he’d been aware something about his mind was changing, becoming more girly. He’d tried to deny it but it was getting harder and harder to see the line between his old self and Donna. And ever since meeting Sean that water had only gotten murkier. He genuinely was beginning to enjoy all this nerdy stuff even though, deep down, he knew he shouldn’t. He felt so conflicted.
‘You want to be a nerd girl, just for Sean…’
David found himself blushing; he really did want to be Sean’s girlfriend. Not just to win the bet but…actually date him. He seemed so sweet, a little awkward sure, but sweet. Still, he could not help but feel disappointed when their date came to an end without ever seeing the man’s bedroom.
~
“What on Earth are you wearing?” Rachel giggled, eyes dancing David’s form up and down.
“Yoga pants?” He replied, “When you invited me to do yoga, I thought they’d be appropriate.”
They had been a gift from Sean after their third date, if another warcraft gaming session counted as a third date. They were black and patterned with little magic symbols. David had thought it fortuitous as Rachel had insisted, he start coming to yoga classes at the gym since he staunchly refused to get back on the treadmill after the display he put on last time.
“They are it’s just, usually girls with your sort of figure wear a skirt or something over the top.” Rachel said with a sympathetic smile, “You’re uh, whole ass his basically on display.”
David turned and blushed; indeed, the material across his rump was stretched thin, the cleft of his ass clear through the thin fabric. He’d left his house with a smile on his face, feeling so free and sexy in the skin tight outfit. Now he felt silly. It must have shown on his face because Rachel put an arm around his shoulders and gave them a squeeze.
“Hey now, I think it’s great that you have the confidence to go out dressed like that with your figure.” She cooed, “Come on, if anybody makes fun of you, I’ll get them to shut right up.”
“Thanks, Rachel.”
‘She’s such a good friend…’
David smiled at her before looping their arms together to walk into the class. He was glad to have his friend with him because looking at all those skinny women in crop tops already seated on their mats made him feel like a weed amongst flowers. When the instructor began and had them all balance on their hands and feet, asses in the air, David could feel his cheeks burning. He knew how he must look right now, cheeks spread high in the sky for all to see with only a thin stretched of tense nylon to cover his nakedness.
“Don’t look so worried.” Rachel whispered, “You’re cute as a button, a few more weeks of these classes and you’ll slim down for sure.”
‘No, you won’t, you’ll be the chubby friend forever…’
“Well, I won’t be here for a few more weeks.” David replied, “I’ll be myself again by then.”
“Oh?” They switched position, backs curved and chests thrust forward, “Your time limit is up tomorrow you know. You had three weeks.”
“And I have a boyfriend.” David argued, “That was the deal.”
“I don’t think so.” Rachel smirked, “Have you even kissed? I don’t think you can call Sean your boyfriend till you’ve at least had sex.”
Immediately, David’s mind was filled with images of himself, naked and breasts bared in this same position, but hanging over David’s face as he raised a mouth to his nipple. Bedsheets in a tangle around their legs; he turned pink, he hoped Rachel thought it was just exertion from another pose change.
“So…I have to have sex with Sean before tomorrow or you won’t turn me back.”
“Yep,” Rachel popped the P on the word with a smug smile, “But that won’t be too hard. You seem like his dream girl all of a sudden and we both know how horny for him you are.”
“Rachel!” He hissed, glancing around at the other women who were snickering at their covert conversation. His friend laughed.
“Just teasing, darling.”
They continued their class with David trying very hard not to notice the way men walking past the gathering stared at him. Maybe wearing a sports bra was a bad idea, he kept having to adjust his tits between poses to stop them falling out; he really thought he’d gotten the right size but evidently, he needed the next cup size up; he kept spilling over the edge. Sean was never going to invite him to bed looking like this.
“You’ve been doing better with your appearance lately.” Rachel admitted as they were rolling up their yoga mats at the end of class, “I think we should go shopping; you’re seeing Sean again tonight, right? Let’s go get you the perfect outfit for it!”
A smile split across his face instantly, he loved shopping for clothes! That was the perfect idea; with Rachel’s help he was sure to have the most enticing date night outfit, no amount of warcraft could possibly distract them with him dressed to the nines.
‘You want to look like his perfect, nerd girl…’
That was right, he had to get the perfect balance of nerdy and feminine, for Sean’s sake of course, not his own. The excitement he felt as they approached the shopping centre was all in anticipation of his eventual return to normal, not because he was eager to go on a girly shopping trip. Rachel squeezed his hand and gave her a wide smile.
“Let’s get started with some new clothes, then we can get you some matching accessories!”
“And make up!” He added quickly, “For Sean. I hate the stuff of course.”
Rachel gave him a knowing smile.
“Of course.”
They walked into exactly the sort of shop David would have avoided like the plague as a man; loud pop music was blaring in all corners, racks upon racks of over priced dresses and a girl with a nose ring working at the counter. Now it looked like Heaven. Immediately he was drawn to those fit and flare style dresses but as he approached the rack something stopped him, Sean liked his figure, maybe he should show it off more. He glanced down at the tights he’d been gifted and smiled; clearly Sean liked the style so why not improve on it. He began digging through the piles of yoga pants and leggings a few shelves over and felt his heart stop at the perfect pair; black with an odd metallic sheen to them so that they caught the light. Already he could imagine how they would shimmer, calling attention his curves in all the right ways.
“Hey, does Sean like anime?” Rachel called over the tables, holding up what looked like a pink mini dress with a few rips near the bottom. In the bottom corner was a smattering of blocky Japanese letters that felt oddly familiar.
Yes! That poster on Sean’s wall with all the anime kids in costumes, My Hero…something. There was a girl with purple hair who wore that dress, Sean had mentioned she was her favourite. He wracked his brain for a moment, trying to remember more when he smiled, that character wore black pants! He could pair the short dress with his tights and not only would be look hot as hell, he’d remind Sean of his favourite character without going full on cosplay like a major geek. It was perfect.
Eagerly he snatched the item up, giving Rachel a quick thank you before running to the change room. His fingers trembled with excitement as he stripped off, working hard not to ogle his naked body in the mirror, that way led far too much temptation. He scrunched up the black tights and slipped them over his foot, then up his legs. As soon as the soft fabric touched his skin, David knew they were for him. The material was the perfect balance of stretchy and tight, hugging his body almost like a second skin. As he snapped the waistband into place he turned, admiring his curved, peach shaped as in the mirror as it was perfectly supported and even lifted by the leggings. Experimentally he bounced on his toes, watching the cheeks jiggle slightly with the movement. These were a far better fit than the pants he’d worn to yoga, here where the fabric stretched across the wide planes of his ass, they looked sexy rather than just oversized.
He squeezed the pink dress on over the top, grimacing as he pulled it down his body; there was no way something this tight and form fitting would look good on his chubby body but then he turned to the mirror and found himself pleasantly surprised. He still didn’t have Rachel’s hourglass figure; but the dress showed off his tits wonderfully and hugged his body in all the right placed without making him look like he was about to spill out of it. A quiet bubble of excitement laughter burst past his lips and he posed, one legs kicked up, bouncing off his ass. He looked so cute! Black and pink was a great combination, with a few little highlights there was no way Sean would say no to a kiss at the very least. If not more!
Rachel practically cheered when he emerged, sultry look upon his face.
“Absolutely perfect!” She praised, “Now, let’s get you dolled up!”
One pair of silver hoops and a long make up session later he was ready; with dark pink lips and smokey eyes, David had never felt sexier. He was supposed to be meeting Sean at the theatre to see some new science fiction film that sounded awful, at least until Sean started talking and then it had become the most fascinating concept David had ever heard. The curiosity was yet to fade as he found himself just as eager to watch the film as he was to see Sean’s reaction to his new outfit.
David spotted him by the counter inside, standing in his overly starched shirt holding a little box of popcorn ready to share. He watched with glee as Sean’s eyes flicked up from his phone and connected with his own for a moment before ducking back down to fully take in his outfit. The popcorn fell from his fingers and David had never felt more empowered in his life. He let his hips sway gently as he approached, batting his eyelids and giving the man of his affections a wry smile.
“Hi Sean.”
“You look amazing-I mean hello!” His face was turning pink, “Sorry, I got the order of that wrong.”
‘He’s so cute when he’s flustered…’
“Don’t worry about it, I like it when you babble.” David replied, picking up what was left of the popcorn and handing it back. “You say what’s on your mind. I like that.”
He really did. Sean cleared his throat and somewhat awkwardly offered his arm.
“S-Shall we?”
Slipping his arm through Sean’s, feeling his body heat against his side; it felt more natural than breathing. David felt those words bubbling up again, the ones that weren’t quite his own.
“Let’s go. I can’t wait to see the film; I hear they really strived to show space battles as realistically as they could.”
“Yeah, they went to NASA and used them as consultants and everything! Have you been researching the movie?”
He had no, but that didn’t stop more unwilling words leaving his lips.
“Oh yes, I wanted to know as much as possible. It’s important to me that I take part in your interests.”
Sean looked so happy he might just cry.
~
To both his delight and horror, the film was actually entertaining. It was exactly the sort of nerdy dreck he’d have dismissed in a heartbeat only weeks ago but now David found himself glued to the screen. Or at least he would, were it not for that warm hand sitting on his knee. It was the one thread keeping part of his mind in reality while spaceships screamed across the screen. The heat from that palmed seemed to sink into him, through the thin fabric to his skin and beyond, coiling in his core in a way that he simply couldn’t ignore. By the time they walked out of the film there was already a dampness between his legs and a familiar deep ache inside him beginning to grow.
“That was really good! Did you enjoy it?”
“Oh yes, but I’m sad it’s over. I don’t want to go home alone just yet…”
Sean rubbed at the back of his neck
“You could come hang out at my place?”
Why wouldn’t the man just kiss him? This was their fourth date for goodness sake and all he had to show for it was a peck on the cheek when he left the other night. He was clearly attractive to him, clearly wanted this to be a romantic relationship so what was holding him back? Fuck it, David was done denying that this lust was just borne of a need to win the bet; if Sean would not act first, he would.
Just like that he was surging forward, placing a palm against his new beau’s cheek and pressing their lips together. It felt so much better than that stranger in the alley; Sean was not as confident but he tasted delicious and his nervous movements felt almost sweet and homey. That wetness between David’s legs began to increase and the ember inside him flared to a flame. Somewhat reluctantly he pulled away, taking Sean’s hand in his own.
“I think hanging out could be fun.”
The walk home was a blur; a hurried swirl of colours and stolen kisses as they walked, stopping occasionally to make out with each session lasting longer and longer. More than once, David was tempted to have him right there in a dingy alleyway but he refused; he would not debase himself like that again. Still, the temptation was there as by the time they finally stumbled up the stairs to Sean’s bedroom David felt as though he were about to burst into flame.
It seemed Sean had been holding back, now that the floodgates had opened, he was all over David; hands brushing down the curve of his spine, grabbing at his ass and hips. It felt glorious. David gave in to every touch, unable to hold back moans as Sean gently kneaded at his soft flesh. A hand slipped under the short hem of his dress, bunching the fabric at his hips while Sean’s fingers caressed the curve of his ass.
“Those tights look amazing on you.” He mumbled, lowering his lips to David’s neck and making his eyes roll back in his head. “I can’t believe somebody as amazing as you wants me.”
He did. David wanted this man, so very badly. He couldn’t even bring himself to feel ashamed of it anymore. Instead, he pulled Sean in for one more hard kiss before backing them towards the bed. He was so caught up he didn’t realise how close they were till they were tumbling into the sheets and breathy laughter filled the room. Clothes were shed, David pushing that too stiff shirt off Sean’s shoulders and roaming his fingers across his chest while the man wiggled out of his trousers. With care that bordered on reverence, Sean lifted the dress off and unhooked his bra, placing a kiss on each breast as he did so; turning David’s nipples hard as diamond.
Now he was clad in nothing but those tights, Sean’s hands running up and down the smooth fabric until finally coming to rest at the waistline. There was a dark patch across David’s crotch and he blushed deeply, his arousal obvious even to the oblivious Sean. As the man peeled back the tights he groaned.
“You’re commando?”
“I was rather hoping we’d end up here.” David replied sheepishly.
Sean pulled him in for another kiss, gently pushing him back down into the bed. This kiss felt different; it was no less passionate but there was something more than lust there. Not quite love, but perhaps the beginnings of it. David could feel the tip of Sean’s cock resting against his hole, he moaned, the fire inside him threatening to consume him. Finally, and far too slowly, Sean began to press inside. He took his time, watching David’s face twist in pleasure until he was fully sheathed. David shuddered; finally, he was full. There really was no sensation quite as gratifying, except maybe the one created as Sean began to thrust.
Despite their slow start they pair soon found a rhythm, rapidly picking up speed as their moans turned to cries as the pleasure built. David squeezed him, enjoying the stretch and burn of a cock brushing against his inner walls, hitting against his G-spot with every other thrust. The orgasm was coming quickly; the build almost torturous.
“Oh fuck, I-I don’t think I can ah, hold out.” Sean moaned, burying his head in David’s shoulder.
Once again, words he never intended spilled forth.
“Cum for me, baby.”
Sean gave a raggard cry and David felt something splash against his inner walls; that’s all it took. He was cumming, pussy pulsing so intensely he saw white spots dance across his vision. He quivered from aftershocks as Sean pulled out, collapsing down in a post coital stupor almost immediately.
David flopped down into the mattress, exhausted, chest still heaving with exertion and pussy pulsing. That had been…amazing. The best sex of his life, not only that but he actually felt a real connection with Sean. He was honestly going to miss him when Rachel put reality right tomorrow. Barely awake, he shot a quick text to her, confirming they had done the deed and that Sean was now officially Donna’s boyfriend. He was so tired; he didn’t even notice it was past midnight.
~
David was giggling, laying across the couch while Sean not to subtly ogled his ass in those same tights from last night. He felt light, free. He’d woken up in the loving arms of another for the first time in years and it did amazing things for his mood. When a knock came at the door and Sean answered, David’s heart actually froze when the familiar voice of his best friend called out.
“Hey, I am so sorry to disturb you but when Donna didn’t come home last night like she promised I got worried. I just wanted to check she was here and okay.”
He had to give her credit, it seemed Rachel was a woman of her word. Still, he couldn’t help but feel a twinge of sadness, this life wasn’t all that bad. Still, he couldn’t stay this way, he had a life, a proper life, to get back to.
“Would you mind giving us a minute, Sean?” He asked sweetly, taking the time to memorise his features before he disappeared into another room.
David took a deep breath.
“Alright, let’s get this done. The sooner I am myself again the sooner I can forget all this.”
Rachel cocked her head to one side, sharp grin on her face.
“What are you talking about, Donna?”
David blinked in surprise.
“Our deal.” He said bewildered, “I got a boyfriend in the time limit, so you’re going to put me back where I belong.”
“I think you’re right where you belong now, darling.” Rachel smiled, “After all, you didn’t complete the deal till the early hours of this morning. SO technically, you didn’t beat the time limit.”
“But…but-!”
David was spluttering, a strange mix of dread and elation mixing inside him as Rachel stood and hugged him.
“Just think about it, you’ve got me as your best friend and a sweetheart like Sean, who you’re perfect for in every way.”
She pulled back, eyes alight with mischief.
“I think you’ve got everything you need for a long and happy life, Donna.”

Yeah I know the dark stuff isn't for everybody and that's fair enough. Ultimately it's the ending the commissioner wanted though and I like to think that David was enjoying being Donna so much that they come to terms with it and is happy in the end.
