So since the last video ended a little abruptly, I was thinking about adding a money shot at the end.
I am currently out of town for some days but In the meantime, I would like to write some thoughts on it. As I mentioned, I usually create several short loops and put the movie together with some variations of the loop. This allows me to work pretty fast, but sometimes I feel like it's missing something.
This time I took a reference video and copied it frame by frame, without any loops. This approach looks really lifelike, since I am using reference 1:1, but the process itself is very time consuming.
It's a strange kind of work that feels endless on one side, but at the same time doesn't really require much of my concentration and allows me to listen to podcast and just work on autopilot.
In the future I definitely want to do something like this again for my projects, but more like sprinkle it to add some flair, because I definitely do love how it looks and it's also teaching me a lot and pushing me to do stuff I normally would avoid.
Also this approach basically forced me to create several tools to help my job and I am so thankful for that :D
