In this video I am talking about how to chose colors for your project, when you are stuck with an innitial idea and are unsure how to continue. This leads us into the basics of Gamut masking and how to use it. I will make a dedicated video on this eventually, but I think this is a good place to implement it into a regular tutorial as a bit of an introduction.
From This point on I also wanted to show you how to paint a miniature from a limited ammount of pigments.

Thanks a lot for your continued support. I have finished painting the whole miniature by now and filmed all of it. I am currently editing the rest of the videos and will release them one by one in the next few days. My school dayjob has unfortunately really stressfull during the last few months and I was a bit burned out and overworked. It made my gastritis flare up again and almost killed my creativity, which made it hard to make videos, I am sorry.
But I am back on track now and feeling better - and the good news is, I am FINALLY going to focus only on miniatures and videos starting in July and quitting all other jobs.
Sorry for the wall of text, but it was time for an update, which you probably have missed, if you are not on the discord.
I used this gamut masking tool, it requires a signup to the newsletter, but is otherwise free: https://mypaintingclub.com/free-gamut-mask-tool
there are a couple of others if you google "gamut masking tool" - you can decide which one works for you.
