The thing is, I don't recall who made this request. I thought it would be in my DMs, but I couldn't find it. I looked at comments in past posts, and nothing.
I guess you can be assured that I write down your requests when you make them, but I often forget to put down who actually contacted me for it. Won't happen again.
Oh, well, I hope you like it.

That can be seen in Chapter 5 of the Tauma Suit. The guy's head is seen on top of one of the girls' body.
