Fairy Tail Request - Two pairs of headswaps

Sonic6000 wrote me a few weeks ago asking me to headswap Lucy and Flare, and Erza and Minerva. Since I was in the middle of porting some of these models, it wasn't much of a problem.
I've also decided to do a version in which they also swap hair and face textures.
