(Also, I apologize, the vote ended a day earlier than it should have, it was supposed to end AFTER the 16th not ON the 16th, but I must have punched in the numbers wrong, and by the time I noticed it was too late. However, this option was already so far ahead I don't think an extra day would have changed the outcome.
