Similar to last time; how about a (formerly) tired office worker who suddenly have found themselves turned into a very hot and energized catgirl (specifically the KitKat/Nekomata from the Disgaea franchise: https://i.imgur.com/zPoxIj8.jpg )? And seeing as there is now a mobile gacha-version of the game, the transformation could have resulted from him wishing he could be as energic as the character he just unlocked in the game itself.

How about a pin-up of a character that has a gender bent form and has his birthday in May. Kiba Yuuto (Highschool DxD ) has his birthday on the 30th of MAy, has a genderswapped form named Kiba Yumi in-universe and ( Possibly) has some romantic feelings for the main protagonist issei Hyoduou (The author teased Kiba as becoming a heroine in an afterword and I personally think it would have been a nice twist to add a trans girl to the harem, though granted the transformation happens with a gender-swapping ray gun and everything). The pin-up could be Kiba showing up at her birthday party, in the female student uniform, saying that she would like to stay as Yumi and asks issei if he would like to go on a date at the weekend.
