Subject: New Dress Code and Other Etiquette Issues
Dear Ms. June Garcia,
In light of your recent and unexpected gender reversal as a result of the incident in the P.I.N.K Prototype Lab last week, we would like to address some minor dress code infractions and workplace complaints.
Firstly, all women in the workplace are required to follow the women's dress code, which now applies to you as well. We understand this change is sudden, however it would be unfair to the other women in the building to give you an exception.
You must come to work in a blouse or other appropriate dress shirt. I understand that your transformation left you a little "bigger" than most girls in the office and finding clothes that fit may be difficult, but showing excessive cleavage at the office is still rather unacceptable.
Heels of at least 3 inches, as well as skirts coming down to about knee length are also mandatory. I understand they are difficult to walk in, especially after you were left, in our health inspector's words, "pear shaped and thicker than a bowl of oatmeal," but pants are forbidden for all ladies, except of course the top brass. You'll have to work your way up the ranks and earn that pantsuit just like the rest of us.
Make-up and at least one visible piece of jewelry are also required. MOM is an upscale business, and all employees must look their best. Especially the ladies.
Moreover, we've been recieving some complaints recently that you've been getting stuck in doorways and elevators. We understand that your hips are much wider now, however we can't have you interrupting the flow of traffic in the office. Please try to go through doors sideways from now on as to prevent your rather large birthing hips from becoming lodged in the doorframes.
Finally, there have been rumors recently of you "flirting" with certain male co-workers to put it politely. Corporate Policy allows for in-office relationships, however public displays of affection and other much more explicit displays are still discouraged on company property. In the future, please take it outside.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions,
-Karen from HR
