I got two in my head The first involves a rude barbarian all gruff and dirty and full of himself, turning him into a calm composed librarian/ secretary would do her good The other involves a beer drinking dwarf who thinks mining his way in was a great idea, stomping his way about. Though I bet the night castle will be happy to get its new wood elf gardener

While anything's possible, I think indicators point towards no. She both remains human and returns to a newly tailored version of her old gear, which means she's at once dressed to seamlessly return to the outside world and not quite fitting the aesthetics of the Night Tower. And as seen with the Amazons, not all changes that come from the Tower necessarily lead to direct recruitment/involvement in the Tower. But who knows! Just speculating here.
