No Mira Magic circles, no pre-made magical artifacts, and apparently no magical deities or other entities. From this, one could deduce that within Sala City, emotion & intent are themselves sources of magical power if poured enough into a single item. This was her magnum opus dress filled with her desire to be a beautiful woman. I suppose that when one masters this technique, they become a Sala City Artificer...I theorize. Wait. Does that mean in Sala City's artificers are especially good at controlling their emotions or just pour them out all over. Are the various types of Deres (tsun, kuu, yan -dere) Artificers?
