Note me making her hair totally ambiguous. I have no idea why, but in fanart, Haleth is usually blonde, although the Haladin are supposed to have looked like the people of Beor in the Silmarillion. I've always imagined them blonde too, which is weird. So I went for my Legolas solution - not blonde enough for the dark hair purists to complain, but blonde enough that those who want her to be blonde will see her that way. ;)

I tend to think of Haleth as having auburn hair, mostly because I have auburn hair and I wanted to imagine someone of the Three Houses having the same color hair! And the older I get, the more I think of Haleth as a mature woman. [She looks a bit like my daughter, though, who mostly inherited her father's golden hair, but does have reddish undertones. π]
